The Modesto chapter of the National Brown Berets de Aztlan, also working with other Central Valley based revolutionary groups like MAC, RHHR, and Modesto Copwatch, has undertaken a campaign to End Barrio Warfare between Chicano/a youth. Specifically Sureno/Norteno gang violence. We held an event September 10th, 2011 here in Modesto to try and get the message out.
